Every espresso, flat white and cold brew at Awaken is poured with Toby's Estate Coffee — one of Australia's most respected roasters. We chose Toby's Estate for the same reason we open the doors at 6am: quality you can taste without asking twice.
Their commitment to sourcing directly from farmers and roasting with care means the cup in your hand is fresh, traceable and properly good — whether it's your first of the day or your fourth.

Awaken Avalon proudly supports CM Care, welcoming disability workers and CM Care clients into the cafe. Members of the CM Care community come in and work alongside our team — running plates, making coffees, greeting regulars and being part of the everyday rhythm of the shop.
It's a genuine partnership, not a gesture. The crew learn real hospitality skills on a real floor, our regulars get to know them by name, and the cafe is better for it. If you or someone you support would like to be part of it, reach out — there's always room at this counter.
